At Canvas & Curve by Ana, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and unique design of our furniture. As our pieces are often made-to-order, customized, or curated limited editions, all purchases are considered final. We strive to provide detailed descriptions, dimensions, and high-resolution imagery to assist you in making an informed decision.

By placing an order with Canvas & Curve, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy terms regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Final Sale Policy (Change of Mind)

Due to the intricate logistics of transporting large furniture and the made-to-order nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for cases of "change of mind" following the placement, dispatch, or delivery of an order.

It is the customer's responsibility to meticulously verify all product specifications—including dimensions, materials, finish, aesthetics, and space requirements—before finalizing their order.

2. Immediate Inspection Requirement & Transit Damage

Your signature on the delivery receipt confirms that your order was received in good condition. We require you to immediately inspect your furniture piece upon arrival, especially when utilizing our White-Glove delivery service.

If your item arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Note Damage: You must clearly note the specific damage on the driver’s proof of delivery receipt before the delivery team departs.

  2. Report Immediately: Contact our support team within [X hours, e.g., 24-48 hours] of delivery at support@ccbyana.com.

  3. Provide Evidence: You must submit clear, high-resolution photographs and/or video evidence documenting the damage to the item and the condition of the packaging.

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt and report it within the specified timeframe will void your eligibility for a return, repair, or replacement.

3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only considered on a case-by-case basis and must be successfully verified by our production and quality control teams. The following circumstances may be eligible:

  • Verified Manufacturing Defects: Functional defects or substantial workmanship issues not related to material variations.

  • Verified Transit Damage: Damage that occurred during shipping, provided the inspection protocol in Section 2 was followed.

4. Non-Eligible Conditions & Deficiencies

The following conditions do not constitute defects and are strictly ineligible for returns, repairs, or refunds:

  • Natural Material Variations: Natural variations in wood grain patterns, knotting, leather shading, and fabric texture are inherent to handcrafted and natural materials and are not considered defects.

  • Aesthetic Display Minor Differences: Minor differences in color saturation or finish perception due to digital screen resolutions, lighting conditions, or artistic variations in the manufacturing process.

  • Incorrect Scaling/Dimensions: Issues arising from incorrect measurements taken by the customer regarding the space intended for the furniture or access points (doorways, hallways, elevators).

  • Damage from Misuse or Mismanagement: Damages resulting from third-party assembly, improper installation, mishandling, neglect, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Resolution Procedures

Upon verification of an eligible damage or defect claim, Canvas & Curve will determine the most appropriate method of resolution, in the following order:

  1. Professional Repair: If feasible, we will arrange for a professional furniture technician to repair the item in your home at no cost to you.

  2. Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the damaged part or the entire item (subject to current stock and production availability).

  3. Refund: In the rare event that repair or replacement is not viable, a partial or full refund may be issued to the original payment method.

The internal verification and resolution process may take up to [X, e.g., 14] business days following the submission of all required evidence.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock, standard items may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched for shipping.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Cancellations or modifications are not permitted once production has commenced, under any circumstances.

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved by our team:

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  • Original delivery and handling fees are strictly non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error entirely caused by Canvas & Curve (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
