1. Delivery Timeline
Because your item is custom-made, please allow 2–4 weeks total for production and delivery to your address.
2. How We Deliver (White-Glove Service)
For large furniture, the delivery team will:

Pre-schedule a delivery window with you via phone.

Unpack and inspect the item.

Remove all packaging materials.
3. Your Responsibility Upon Delivery
Since these items are customized and made specifically for you, they are Final Sale. It is essential that you follow these steps:

Make Sure It Fits: Before ordering, verify that the item will fit through your doorways, hallways, and elevators. We cannot offer returns if an item does not fit into your home.

Inspect Immediately: Do not let the driver leave before you check the furniture. You must inspect the piece thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.

Note Damage: If you see any damage, write a detailed description of the issue on the driver’s receipt before you sign.

Report Fast: email us at support@ccbyana.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
If you sign the receipt without writing down any damage, you are accepting the item "as-is," and we cannot help with repairs or replacements for transit damage later.
